01 · the short version

What is this thing?

Pneuma Holdings Ltd needed a website that could do more than display properties. It needed to communicate developments, locations, investment opportunities and the details people actually care about before spending serious money.

the problem

What needed fixing?

Real estate websites often become giant collections of property cards. The real challenge was making the information useful while also building a structure that search engines could understand.

the approach

What I actually did.

I focused on property-focused information architecture, responsive property pages, search visibility and clear enquiry paths. The website is designed around how someone actually researches property — location, development, bedrooms, investment and then enquiry.
